At the moment, I am facing multiple misdemeanor charges for “contempt of court” related to Special Agent Katherine Leigh Batilla (“Katie”) perjuring herself in Nassau County Family Court last winter. Although I am forbidden from naming that person, I did previously reveal her identity under the section of this website titled, “Proof It’s Her.” That post was created prior to her obtaining a spurious (SLAPP/gag) court order to conceal her own illegal/terroristic/deep state activities.
Speaking to my public defender the other day, I was surprised to learn that I have a pending Stalking charge!
For over a year now, I have been receiving hundreds of harassing text messages and anonymous phone calls from unrecognized (or “unknown”/blank) phone numbers. ThE TeXtS have mostly stopped, with no new communications from 909-818-4164 since Tuesday, May 6, 2024. ThE CaLLs have NOT stopped.
After I posted a lengthy essay on Facebook, somebody once again called me – 5 times in a row (“anonymously”) while I sat in the waiting area of the Emergency Room. There was dead silence at the other end, and they called back–to–back–to–back–to–back–to–back.
I managed to simultaneously record most of the call audio (with me babbling into the ether) and occasionally the phone screen, but editing [true/real] video/audio on a mobile phone is more difficult these days than using A.I. to cook up a lie. Apologies for the rough form.
On May 4, 2024, I noticed a new follower on my Facebook page. “DT Sleuth” is probably Detective(s) Whalen/Hausmann/Blackmoore with Nassau County PD. I went ahead and blocked Mr. Sleuth.

At this point, it might seem logical to an external observer that I am a victim of something nefarious here. It was plainly obvious to the Psychiatric intake staff at Jamaica Hospital Medical Center TWICE in 2024: first on May 29th and again on November 3rd. Their official diagnosis labeled as me a “Stalking Victim,” long before Katherine L. Batilla and her employer, Precision Painting Plus (the FBI) began manipulating Nassau County PD/Family Court/Hempstead District Court. Discharge paperwork from both psychiatrists is below. I’ve also included screen recordings from the hospital’s official app – as to prevent anyone from suggesting these reports are forged.

Since then, I’ve been fired from two jobs, run over by two cars, and (yet again) institutionalized for two+ weeks.
