From May – December, 2024, I began receiving a litany of threatening and terroristic text messages from anonymous/unknown numbers. By August, I was relatively certain that these messages were coming from the Petitioner. During that time, I also received a total of 278 anonymous phone calls. I believe these communications originated from the Petitioner in File #636156, before the Nassau County Family Court. Below are key excerpts from these communications, establishing her identity as the sender.
August 12, 2024
I receive death threats from an anonymous phone number, 332-228-3484. Later, on August 25, 2024, messages from this number would allege that CSAM had been planted on my computer systems.

I receive thinly-veiled death threats from an anonymous phone number, 646-817-6651, including an image of a handgun. On Page 6, section i. of her sworn statement, Petitioner states it is “…her firm belief that the gun belongs to the Respondent.” The below image is included with her sworn statement, as Exhibit 6.
I have not owned or possessed any firearms since returning to New York State in October 2022.
August 25, 2024
From the same number that sent death threats on August 12 – 332-228-3484 – I receive ominous and terroristic messages proclaiming that CSAM has been planted on my computers. The sender alleges that videos have been created depicting me in compromising situations. The sender writes, “Don’t say our name,” / “Not Christian” – – Christian Plaza is the father of the Petitioner’s children.

Petitioner echoes earlier CSAM allegations sent from alternate, anonymous numbers, and references our relationship & terminated pregnancy. This number would continue texting me death & fraudulent legal threats until September 1, 2024. These messages were sent from 313-855-3669.

A close friend of mine received doctored photos of me in compromising positions along with libelous text messages from 516-350-0275 on August 26, 2024. This phone number belongs to the Petitioner. Screenshots from his phone and his written statement affirming these events are below.

I submitted an electronic complaint to the FBI on IC3.gov, but never heard back.
I submitted a separate electronic complaint to the Department of Justice, Office of the Inspector General, but never heard back.
I updated an earlier report made to NYPD to include Petitioner’s name, but never heard back.

Later that day, Petitioner claimed to know about my complaints to the Federal Government, sending threats against my life and of fraudulent criminal charges. This message was sent from 313-855-3669.
August 28, 2024
I receive anonymous text messages claiming there is CSAM present on my information systems, and advising that my arrest is imminent.
I receive an e-mailed “indictment notice” purportedly from a federal e-mail address, claiming that I had downloaded illegal pornography.

Petitioner references me as “Mr. Gates” (Petitioner and I were nominated as “Mr. & Mrs. Bill Gates” in our sophomore yearbook) she also states, “Dillinger was right about you.” Ms. Dehlinger was our freshman Communications teacher. These messages were sent from 313-855-3669.

Petitioner states, “I don’t know what caused it, but you’re not the same Grant that I used to love. You’re something else now.” These messages were sent from 313-855-3669.

Petitioner states, “You stupid git. You really think you are in control and winning. We play 4d chess, and you are an amateur.” This message was sent from 313-855-3669.
Petitioner would later use this same language, “You stupid git” 3½ months later, on December 13, 2024. This message was sent from a different, anonymous phone number, 909-818-4164.
September 2024
Someone creates a fake Facebook profile under the name, “Marlene Tremblay” and starts mocking my cries for help. I suspect it is the Petitioner, although I cannot prove it definitively.
September 1, 2024
Petitioner acknowledges that she has used image manipulation software/A.I. to create forged images.
Petitioner states, “did you think things would get this way when we were in bartons?” Mrs. Barton was our information technology teacher in high school. These messages were sent from 313-855-3669.
Petitioner expresses anger that I “doxxed” her on Facebook. I refer to her by her name. She does not refute. These messages were sent from 313-855-3669.
Petitioner states, “Maybe now you’ll stop coming near where I live stalker” and threatens to kill my pet cat. These messages were sent from 313-855-3669.
Petitioner makes reference to “our two years together,” and mentions “Diane,” my mother. These messages were sent from 313-855-3669.

Receiving no response from my electronic complaint on IC3.gov, I visited the FBI offices at Federal Plaza in Lower Manhattan and submitted a written complaint.

I receive multiple “No Caller ID” phone calls, with silence on the other end. With the court’s protective order having been vacated, I interpret the calls as a summoning from the Petitioner. I deliver some garlic bread to the Petitioner’s home, where she confronts me. I leave without incident.
Between August 4 and December 19, 2024, I received a total of 278 anonymous phone calls, often with silence or key presses coming from the other end. During one call, Petitioner is texting me from her 909-818-4164 number. A recording of these incoming messages is below:

Petitioner begins texting me sexual propositions and threats from a new number, 909-818-4164. She writes, “Let’s fuck one more time before u die”

Petitioner sends explicit death threats. I contacted the Garden City Police Department, who responded to my place of business. I was later fired from my job for making a scene. These messages were sent from 909-818-4164.

Petitioner contacts me immediately following my termination meeting at work, claims responsibility for my firing. These messages were sent from 909-818-4164.

Petitioner saw me walking down East Gate Blvd in Westbury, New York. I texted, “Hiii” to the anonymous number. Petitioner responded back with another threat made against herself (to her confirmed, personal phone number.)
