Hon. Charles G. McQuair,

Between Saturday, May 18, 2024 and Sunday, August 16 of this year, I have received over 1,000 terroristic text messages & e-mails.  I also received 300+ phone calls showing “No Caller ID” during that time. At the other end of the line was either silence or the digits “9-1-1” being dialed repeatedly. The harassment has persisted throughout these court proceedings, as recently as August 16, 2025.

In Summer 2024, my ex-girlfriend, Katherine Leigh Batilla, initiated a campaign to inflict emotional trauma on me.  She threatened to frame me for possession of child pornography. She and her colleagues at “Precision Painting Plus” seemingly operate with impunity. These people are sick, and it seems their evil plague has spread to the Courts of New York State.

I have filed multiple written complaints with: Nassau County PD, Garden City PD, NYPD, and even the FBI. These pleas for help all fell on deaf ears. I was fired from my new job at the Garden City Hotel simply for alerting the authorities to the credible death threats coming from Katie Batilla.

I do not recognize Precision Painting Plus as a legitimate entity within the judicial, executive, or legislative branches of government. Unfortunately, the Nassau County Police/District Attorney have succumbed to their manipulation. I will no longer participate voluntarily in these grotesque, unconstitutional proceedings.

Because Katie Batilla and her coworkers are connected (deeply, clandestinely) to the federal government, I am concerned for my life. I am reluctant to allow myself to be taken back into custody. In the current political climate, it is reasonable to assume these “deep state” government employees may cause my disappearance from a psychiatric or detention facility. Katie Batilla has certainly threatened as much.

Today, my court-appointed legal counsel informed me that Nassau County PD detectives have refused to return her phone calls related to pending warrants for my arrest. I will not surrender to these liars or their unjust, falsified charges. I have never threatened Katie Batilla with physical harm, and her claims of this in Nassau County Family Court amount to perjury.

Since it appears no legal body will take my plight seriously, I must continue calling attention to this chilling situation while I am a free man. Hopefully the media and/or court of public opinion will have empathy, because it seems nobody in a position of authority inside Nassau County or the U.S. Federal Government will.
